Bingo Directions

Values and game data are stored in a Google Sheet:

Ensure that there are at least 24 values, all in the first column of the first sheet.
There is no software limit to the number of values, but a traditional game of bingo uses 75.
The first fifth of the values are scrambled and five are chosen for the first column, the second fifth for the second, etc.
